I made a few samples of a small part yesterday on my QT-10N (T2 CAM).
I used the BAR FACE strategy to program some concentric grooves in the part.
The graphics show the correct shape, however the simulation and the actual tool-path just cut a smooth inside cone where my grooves should be.
You can see the programmed shape in my sketch below.
I programmed the linear saw-tooth shape (upper part of the diagram) using several TAPER in a BAR_[FCE].
Then I added a starting and finishing radius of 0.010" to each taper to give the shape shown in the bottom half.
The graphic draws correctly on the T2 control, however I just get one smooth linear cone.

Is there a way to force Mazatrol T2 to respect my desired shape, or do I need to program this tool path using a manual process?
Thanks!
