Help old M4/1000 Tool changer spinning

I have recently taken over the maintenance in the machine shop. everything has never been maintained or service. We have a Mazak M4 with a Mazatrol T1 in the back of the shop. Its a work horse till the rear turret would not stop at certain tools. Quick look in to it the reed switches were corroded and not working. Replaced went to show the guy that owns the company and it made me look like a jack ass, the turret sat there spinning:angry::angry:. Followed all the wires all are good. Front turret also just spins. The counter switch on the front is working all the reed switches are good and all the wires are good.
