I have a 1996 VTC-16B and the window trim that holds the acrylic window in place is completely shot on my left door. I've seen signs of if slowly going -- today the acrylic window started to slowly fall out.
I have a kant-twist clamp holding it for the moment but need to replace this trim on both doors.
My parts manual pdf is of course missing the pages that relate to VTC16 and 20.
Off topic - are the paper books better than the pdf or are they the same thing? I notice the pdfs are missing drawings and pages every so often. I haven't had that issue with the few machines I have paper books for.
