Ok we got the 1996 sqt msy machine unloaded and powered up . we made our first parts today everything seems to work on the machine. We tried using the lns bar feeder that we got with the machine but we are getting an error on the barfeeder plc that says chuck sensor not open but the actual chuck does open .im not sure but i asked a local mazak repair person i sent him some pics of the back of the machine and he said it looks like they took off some sensors. He said to look at the R parameters. attached is pics of the parameters i got with the machine looks like they have some notes on them if you can help much appreciated. ![Click image for larger version.
