Greetings
Can someone please send me a photo of the inside of their GL-200N Robot Control Wiring? Most importantly a clear photo of the Amp Board terminal block at the bottom of the Control Box. We purchased a Mazak M630 Multiplex with the Flex GL-200N Robot however the previous owner removed the Main Board / Amp Board assembly and left me with a box full of wires and plugs. I have terminated most o the wiring and I am fairly confident that (U1,V1,W1) (U2,V2,W2) (RA, RC) (HA,HB) (R,S,T) and all grounding (Cream colored wires with green tagging) is correct. I am not confident that the U-Jumper, V-Jumper are correct and I have no idea where the PON, POC terminate nor the ON/POC Jumper from the schematics I have in hand.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, and yes we have the newer board configuration with the integrated power supply.
