I have 2 Mazak VTC-20 CNC mills in the shop. 1 has the Mazatrol Fusion 640M control (Windows based)
and the other is a Mazatrol M-Plus control.
Both machines have ISO compatibility and this is what we program with. My question is in regards to program transfer. The Fusion will accept multiple programs during download ( ALL LOAD ) without any problem. The M-Plus forces me to separate anything that has sub-programs into individual programs and send them one at a time otherwise I get an alarm. (I will have to check the alarm# again).
Does anyone know if there is a user parameter or other setting that controls this? I've looked at the setting to try and compare but they are difficult to compare head to head as they are not entered in the same manner.
