Hello. Im trying to power up / home an Integrex 100 thats been sitting a few months. After the system boots, the following alarm appears:
22 Feedback System Malfunction (5,0,&0025)
According to the manual for Alarm 22 ( , , 25):
Cause - This alarm implies decreases in the voltage of the backup battery for the absolute position data detection circuit of the control card.
Action - Re-homing is required since the absolute position data may have been lost. Replace the battery.
Although, the machine is dead in the water with this alarm displaying. It will not home, it will not move/jog, it will not clear.
Any suggestions on next steps to take? (besides replacing a possibly dead battery) Thanks in advance!
