Can this part be machined on a SQT15M with only C axis

One of our customers wants a couple of thousand of these simple rod ends made. I'm not seeing any reason a C axis will not work but before I quote I thought it would be best to make sure. Still pretty green with live tools and don't want to get jammed up on this job.

Plan is to bar feed these out of 3/4" 6061 rod, drill and tap the end then, mill the flats and drill the through hole with live tools. Tolerances are +/- .005" on the flat.
