mutiple issues VTC 16A T+

I m getting a 055 DI024V alarm causing a 219 main transformer overheat and a 02 e stop. I cant get it to clear. I turned everything off and let it sit for a half hr. boot up and right back. Guessing maybe a short in the 24v system? Also having a interesting problem with a M5 parameter. I made a new atc plate and im changing the parameter to suit. i change it and cycle thru for a tool change. The machine moves to #2 zero and just stops. Cycle start button remains lit and the atc move in (if im picking a tool), but no x movement. If i input the old parameter back into M5 then it cycles thru. No atc stops or optional stops on. mazak told me to try changing N11 instead of M5 since im not using a tooleye anyway.

Any ideas?
