Warmup Program, i100S

Hello, newbie here, 1st post.

We just got a i100S with matrix II controller and found the part about warming the machine up after it sits for a bit. Does anyone have NC they wouldn't mind sharing? I have written a program up that turns the live spindle on and also moves the axis', but I cannot get the main & sub-spindles to turn on when in mill mode. Is there a way around this?
