OK...
So I have 2 of the identical machines. The other is down right now with a servo lag excess alarm. That one on a different post..ahhh..take a breath.
So I finally get this machine running a job only to walk into the shop and see a re light. The T32 control is still on, but the machine is OFF. The alarm on the T32 says '201 breaker trip'.
I go open the control panel doors and it is all dead. I do not smell anything unusual, but I did hear very faintly a small sizzling sound like something may have been hot. I am not sure on this.
I am not sure what to start looking for. A quick phone call with a service tech says it sounds like I for some reason lost my 24v system. He is out of town for a week :(
So, I tried to fire it back up, and I hear a few fans, but the hydraulics and other stuff does not come up.
Any ideas of what I should start looking for? I read about capacitors that go bad, power supplies that take a dump, etc. Where to look first??
Thank u,
Mike
