Hello guys. Need help with another feature maybe one of you guys wouldn't mind helping out or even sending me a photo of what the code should look like. Attached are drawings I hope are sufficient. The corners are supposedd to have .025" Radii since that is cut off.
I'm trying to make the entire recessed area in one pass with a 35° Boring Tool bar with the exception of the .627 dimension. It is already existing from the back side.
Machine: Mazak QTN-100 Mazatrol Matrix Nexus control.
I'm having trouble establishing which cutting features to use on the control. I continually get illegal cutting start piont, shape exceeds material size, double shape contour. Material size is established correctly (so I think) for the The shape exceeds material size error.
