Need help with NPT internal single pointing w/QT-15 / Mazatrol T-2

Hi Guys,

A bunch of my lathe parts have female NPT threads. Being new to this CNC lathe thing, the internal threading has scared me. Tales of Mazatrol bugs that break things. And just not being sure of what I am doing.

So I have been doing my 1/2 NPT in stainless steel parts with a tap. It has been working, but just barely. I have broken a few expensive taps. And I am having a hard time getting consistent results. Now I need to do some 3/4 NPT in 304SS parts, and I suspect they will be even worse.

I would be super grateful if somebody could post a screen shot of their boring and threading for 1/2" NPT female and 3/4" NPT female.
