How much twist in the x-axis stroke is "ok"? The machine qt15 1988
Acording to the precision level its 0.1mm @ 1meter. Moves 5 points on a 0.02mm/m level. Its a railguide machine so that much wear sounds weird. Could it be that some of the M8 bolts that holds the rails down have been loose? Turret is dropping at the bigger diameter.
Z-axis I manage to adjust it spot on. Could it be that a post crash have straighen then rail bolts? Becouse there is no adjustment for this x-axis twist right?
