Integrex 200-IVST: Lower turrent setup and EIA gcode calls

Slowly learning to use our new-to-us Integrex and I'm stumped on how to use the lower turret on the sub-spindle.

You can't use the TOOL EYE to specify tool parameters, and I don't see a way to use MDI to specify a tool to use on the right side.

The manuals don't help much (or I'm not finding the help) -- does anyone have a handy cheat sheet that would help?

1) What's the best way to set up lower turret tool offsets, etc?

2) How do you specify a lower turret tool to use on the subspindle in MDI?

3) How do you specify a lower turret tool to use on the subspindle in EIA?
