Clone HDD Mazak Fusion 640T

Hello

I try to clone the original HDD and I don't succeed

I tried several time to clone the HDD with EaseUs and AOMEI software but with no luck, I am using and IDE 44 pin - Sata adaptor for an old Seagate 80gb HDD like in the picture,

Even if I set in BIOS to detect the new HDD but it resets to [Disable] and after restart is apareas the message "Non-System disk or disk error".
