Mazak integrex tool arm home

I have an integrex 200-3s

I had a problem with a tool change and I think I accidentally changed the tool arm home location. When a tool tries to go into the spindle and the side shifter it jams. The arm needs to be rotated up about 3mm.

How do I change the tool arm home?

I do have an alignment tool.
