Standard tooling package SQT15M

I'm missing one tool holder and trying to figure out which one it is. Looked in the mechanical parts manual but can not find any part numbers for what is included as part of the "standard tooling package" (or any tool holder for that matter) that the machine was shipped with new and what I should have received as it was advertised with a standard tooling package.

Looking at the tool data left by the previous owner, the tool that was used in the empty pocket was a right angle tap holder but I would be surprised that the machine came with one new. The only thing I have been able to find is a tool list from a SQT200M which shows 11 total tool holders and one cap. It does show a parting tool holder (which I don't have) and a part number but Google searches come up empty.

We're waiting on a few more pieces of tooling to come in but till I have something to plug the open hole in the turret were dead in the water. I found a couple of VDI 40 plugs on eBay and will probably order one till I get the mystery holder figured out.

So far Gromex is a source for a new right angle ER25 tap holder at ~ $2,500 which doesn't seems too far out of line. Haven't talked to an application engineer yet but does this need to be a floating holder or is there rigid tapping with the C axis?

Thanks in advance.
