Ok...
Nexus 510c-II
Im sure I did something to cause this, but damned if i can put my fat fingers on what it was.
I ran 2 of a 3 part job flawlessly...
Then put in the 3rd part and touched off in x with edge finder just like the first 2...
Assuming everything was copa setic, i just let it run until tool change when my .320 em plunged all the way through the part on its first pass instead of the .040 per pass it was programmed to cut.
The z offset in g54 was somehow changed to be -.400...
How the heck did it happen?
Could I be experiencing preliminary signs of a bad encoder or something?
